Questions about your data, subscriptions, or the app? Here's how to reach us and the answers to the most common questions.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my data?
On your device. If you use iCloud, a copy can sync through your own private iCloud account under your Apple ID. Ciomia does not operate a server that receives, stores, or reads your health data, and there is no Ciomia account to sign into.
How do I delete my data?
- Delete individual entries inside the app, or use the in-app option to erase all data.
- Delete the app to remove its on-device storage.
- To remove the synced copy, delete Ciomia's data from iCloud in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
- Revoke Apple Health access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Because there is no Ciomia account, deleting the data on your device and in iCloud removes it — there is no Ciomia copy to erase. If you have written to us by email, we may keep that correspondence as described in the Privacy Policy.
How do subscriptions work?
Purchases and billing are processed by Apple through the App Store. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refunds; Ciomia does not receive your payment-card number or full billing details.
